Getting back to Jack's previous question, I asked WorldTicketShop and said that in their case the seller will send all that's needed for the buyer of the tickets to get inside. This could either be paper tickets, season tickets or membership cards. In case of the latter two options the seller will also provide a return envelope.

Hi,

To be truthful I never asked myself this question. They'll make sure you get tickets you can use because if you don't you can ask for your money back. At least that's the case with WorldTicketShop (120% back) and Seatwave (100% back).

Hope this helped!

If you buy your tickets from one of these web-sites, how do you gain access to Emirates stadium? Can one access only with tickets (as bought online through these exchange web sites) without a membership card(red, silver or gold)?

Hi,

Thanks. Yes, you'll get your tickets. Specific terms & conditions apply to all, of course, so do read the fine print before buying. They are all reputable sources though. Worldticketshop's got a 120% money back guarantee - you can read more on their site - for example. Viagogo is the biggest secondary ticket marketplace in Europe and Seatwave's up there as well. These sites are real businesses with big turnover, not some scalpers wheeling and dealing from their mother's basement. Hope that helped.

There's a plan to open up a review section for soccer ticket brokers on this site in the near future. Hopefully that'll prove popular and shed more light on the advantages and disadvantages of each company.
