Espanyol Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Spanish La Liga Tickets |

Buying tickets for Espanyol matches is not as complicated a task as for other football teams. However, it should be done ahead of time because there are not a lot of tickets on sale. If you are a member of RCD Espanyol you can buy up to two tickets per game with a 10% discount. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per person (member or non-member) is 10.

Ticket prices for matches played by Espanyol in the Cornellà-El Prat stadium vary depending on the rival. Matches are divided into 5 different categories. The highest price is for games where the opponent is Real Madrid (category AA). Then there are matches where the rival is FC Barcelona (A) and then the other teams: categories B, C and D. The lowest prices are for games listed as D. If you enter the club’s website you will see prices for all matches (prices can be modified up to 5 weeks before the match and the exact time and date is not confirmed until around 10 days before the game).

The prices you get to see on Espanyol’s official website are standard rates but there are also reduced rates for children and pensioners. In case of children under 5, they can enter the stadium for free but they will not have an individual seat.

The amount of tickets available to buy for every match is not very large but the new system of ‘Seient Obert’ (Open Seat) means that the amount of available seats is increasing: members who can not go to the stadium for a match give up their seat to the club who puts it on sale for that game.

If you buy tickets for pairs or groups of less than 10 people your providers will try to seat all of you together but this is not guaranteed as it depends on availability. If you go to Espanyol’s stadium as a visiting fan you will have to sit in the area reserved for visiting fans.

Espanyol tickets can be bought using the following distribution channels:

• through the Internet, using the official Espanyol website. It sells tickets 24 hours a day. Tickets go on sale about a month and a half before the game.
• by phone, calling 932 927 700 (from Spain) or +34 932 927 700 (from outside Spain)
• through Servicaixa’s website or buying tickets in person at the terminals of La Caixa (only from Spain).
• through ‘Oficines de Turisme’ (in Catalonia). One of the ‘Oficines de Turisme’ is in Plaça Catalunya, right in the centre of Barcelona.

Espanyol General Ticket Office

You can also buy Espanyol tickets through this office.

Location: ‘Gol Prat’, at the Cornellà-El Prat stadium, near the door of the offices of the stadium (Baix Llobregat Avenue, no. 100, Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona).

Schedule: You can buy or pick up your tickets only on the day of the match, from 10 AM. For special matches such as the Espanyol-Barcelona derby ticket sales are opened 3 days before the match.

Ticket purchases cannot be cancelled once reserved and paid for.

Online Ticket Brokers

One other method of purchasing Espanyol tickets is online through tricket brokers. It is an easier process but a tad more expensive.

There are a couple of ticket brokers that offer Espanyol tickets to the general public. These websites have mostly replaced offline scalpers by offering good online platforms in which secondary ticket demand and supply meet. They also offer safe payment methods.

SpainTicketsOnline

SpainTicketsOnline is an official agent for RCD Espanyol tickets. They sell tickets for Cornellà-El Prat matches. The prices can sometimes be slightly higher but they have the added convenience that they can be booked in advance and that you can choose the area of the stadium you want to sit in, all of it during an easy and safe process. They also sell packages (tickets + hotel stay). You can have your Espanyol tickets delivered to your hotel free of charge so you will not have to go out of your way to collect them.

WorldTicketShop

WorldTicketShop one of the better ticket brokers out there. They are based in the Netherlands and they buy and sell tickets to lots of events, amongst them Espanyol tickets. Here are the Espanyol tickets they have in store:

Where Can I Sell My Soccer Tickets Online?

Posted by admin | Soccer Tickets |

So you’ve got a bunch of soccer tickets from a corporate event or a friend gave them to you or you just happened to stumble upon them in the bus (never happens, does it?)? Well, this page should be quite helpful to you as we’re going to feature some of the ways you can sell your soccer tickets online.

There are two main methods you can use to sell your soccer tickets online: through a ticket broker/reseller or through an auction site.

Selling Your Soccer Tickets Through An Online Ticket Broker/Reseller

There are quite a lot of ticket resellers you can use to sell your soccer tickets out there, yet we suggest you give the few of them we’re going to cover here a shot because they are some of the best when it comes to selling soccer tickets:

Seatwave

You can also sell tickets on Seatwave. They have the most transparent process of all featured brokers when it comes to selling tickets and that’s why we put them on top. You can use this page here to sell your soccer tickets. You can then either send them using UPS or Royal Mail in the UK or upload them if they are e-tickets. Their success fee is public and amounts to 10% of price.

WorldTicketShop

WorldTicketShop is a Dutch online ticket broker. You can list your tickets for sale with them at a price determined by yourself alone and only the demand for your tickets will decide whether they’ll sell or not. As for other advantages they offer:

* a courier will automatically come to pick up your tickets; you won’t need to make a trip to ship them
* payments are made twice a month to sellers, so you’re bound to get your cash quite fast
* they have multiple sites in various European countries and your listing will be on all of them in local language

On the downside, they won’t specify they’re cut of the share. I guess you’ll need to register with them and find out. For more, check out this page on their site.

Sports Events 365

Sports Events 365 is another reputable source of online soccer tickets. Unfortunately, the don’t offer too much public information related to selling tickets on their site but they do provide a form for you to complete and they’ll get right back to you with an answer.

Viagogo

As of this moment, Viagogo is considered to be the largest ticket reseller in Europe. They offer no listing fees, you can re-list your soccer tickets as often as you’d like, they guarantee payment in one week and they’ll take care of customer service on they buyer’s side so that you won’t have to. Here’s their page on selling tickets.

StubHub

StubHub is the largest ticket reseller in North America so if you’ve got some tickets to sell to soccer matches in North America you may want to list them here. You can set your own price and they’ll handle everything else. Here’s their section on selling tickets.

Selling Your Soccer Tickets Through An Auction Site

You can also post your tickets on eBay or a local auction site that’s popular in your area. You may or may not get a better price using this method but there are a couple of downsides you need to take into consideration: some auction sites charge a listing fee and a reserve fee, others offer restricted payment options and at all times you’ll have to fully deal with the buyer and in case he’s not happy he might leave negative feedback on your account despite your wonderful service.

I believe the methods and sites listed above are more than enough for you to get a good price on your soccer tickets. Good luck!

AC Milan Tickets | Milan Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Serie A Tickets |

AC Milan tickets for home matches can be bought directly at the San Siro stadium from specialized ticket boxes named Biglietteria Nord and Biglietteria Sud. Senior citizens over 65 and children aged 7 to 16 can get AC Milan tickets much cheaper. AC Milan tickets for children under 7 can be bought for only 2 EUR. To complete your purchase an identity card – e.g. your passport – is required.

In case you’re out of luck there’s also an option of buying AC Milan tickets from scalpers roaming around San Siro. You can find them near the stadium on match day or at the nearby Lotto station.

As for AC Milan itself, tickets are officially sold through the branches of the Intesa SanPaolo Bank, one of the largest Italian banks. As of the 2008-2009 season, AC Milan is giving away a free Cuore Rossonero card with each ticket sold – that’s if you don’t already have one. This card gives you a pre-sale option on future AC Milan tickets sales. The card has a validity of 10 years and can be bought on a standalone basis for 10 EUR (in case you don’t purchase any AC Milan tickets; if you do, as said, you get it for free). Having such a card is of utter importance if you want to buy AC Milan tickets for important matches offline such as AC Milan – Inter, AC Milan – Juventus, etc. The card can be acquired from Intesa SanPaolo. Ordering the card can only be done in person and it takes around 7 to 10 days to get printed. You must also pick it up yourself from the branch you went to order it.

AC Milan tickets are also officially sold offline through the branches of the following banks, other than Intesa SanPaolo: Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto, Banco di Napoli and Banca di Credito Sardo.

Another method for getting AC Milan tickets would be to speak with your hotel concierge whether he can arrange it for you or not. Most hotels can actually do that. It’s recommended though to ask your hotel whether they can provide AC Milan tickets or not before booking it and getting there.

Here’s a seating plan of the San Siro stadium that you might find useful:

San Siro Seating Map (click on it to enlarge)

San Siro Seating Map (click on it to enlarge)

To transfer your AC Milan ticket to another person you will need to notify the club in advance online on this page (which is quite straightforward). You could’ve done this offline as well but the service was disbanded in January 2009.

With that said, it is very important to have your ID card with you at all times.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

Buying AC Milan tickets on the Internet through ticket exchanges is easier, but slightly more expensive.

There are several sites that focus on selling AC Milan tickets on the Internet. These sites have replaced offline scalpers, offering both a much more varied ticketing offer and a marketplace where ticket supply and demand meet in order to better price the underlying product, namely soccer tickets. They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

WorldTicketShop

WorldTicketShop is the site we like most. They are a Dutch company that buys and sells tickets to various events, including AC Milan tickets. Here’s a summary of the AC Milan tickets they currently have for sale:

Match Price (GBP) Date

They ship internationally at reasonable rates. Refunds are offered if matches get cancelled for any particular reason. They also offer a 120% refund in case they fail to deliver your tickets on time and you miss the match.

Sports Events 365

Sports Events 365 is an online ticket reseller with a large offer. They’ve got many AC Milan tickets on offer for various matches. If you don’t find your desired ticket on WorldTicketShop, I’d recommend you give this one a try. Check out all of their AC Milan tickets here.

SeatWave

SeatWave is a UK company with a goal similar to those already mentioned here: buying and selling soccer tickets. Their most important quality though is the fact that while WorldTicketShop is running out of stock quite fast and provide tickets usually only for the more important matches, SeatWave has plenty of stock, even a couple of days before the match and they also cover more obscure soccer matches and teams. Click here to check out their full stock of AC Milan tickets.

StubHub

StubHub is an American ticket exchange where users can buy and sell tickets freely, by event, in their online marketplace. It is an excellent alternative for AC Milan matches played in the United States, especially the summer friendlies, and also for US based AC Milan fans.

Juventus Tickets | Juve Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Serie A Tickets |

There’s not much information on Juventus’ official site on how to get Juventus tickets. They’re more concerned with showing the interested visitor pieces of Italian law regarding security, accreditation, video streams and other such nonsense. As for the remaining valuable information, they do inform us that you can buy Juventus tickets online from the official site where they have a special section with dates of sale for each fixture. Judging by the fixtures available right now, online sales of Juventus tickets happen two days before kickoff time, from 07:00 to 24:00 CET. The club uses LisTicket.it to sell the tickets (don’t worry; they do have an English version as well – look for it on the top right corner of the website).

Juventus tickets for home matches are also sold in authorized LIS points of sale spread around Italy. You can see a full map of them here.

An other option for those interested in Juventus tickets is buying them through a call center. Here’s the call center schedule and phone number:

Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 13:00, 14:00 to 16:00

Telephone number (from Italy): 199-109783

Telephone number (from abroad): +39063700106

In case you purchase Juventus tickets online or through the call center, you will collect them from the stadium 2 hours before kickoff. Tickets for the West Side (Tribuna Ovest), Side East Stand (Laterale Est) and both ends of the stadium (Curva Sud & Curva Nord) are available for pickup at the cash point situated on the west side of Corso Agnelli. Tickets for the East Side (Tribuna Est) are available at the East cash point in Corso Sebastopoli. If that confuses you, then don’t worry because they have provided a map of the stadium area and a map of the stadium sections. Some translation is in order: tribuna = stand; est = east; ovest = west; curva = southern & northern stands. Also, the numbers have the following significance: 0 = floor level; 1 = first floor; 2 = second floor; 3 = third floor.

In case you buy Juventus tickets and transfer them to another person, that person must also have a signed letter of transfer from the seller (previous owner of the Juventus tickets) signed by both and a photocopy of the buyers’ identity card. For such issues though, you’d better give them a call at the call center to clear things up right there and then.
In case you change your name by any chance after you bought the Juventus tickets, you must immediately notify the club via their website so they can make the proper changes. Also, when entering the stadium along with your Juventus ticket you must also show the form which proves the name change and which you will receive at the end of the name changing procedure.

For persons with diabilities, attendance is free. If you can prove you need a carer, then the ticket is free for the carer as well. To apply for a Juventus ticket you need to send a request at least 5 days and at most 3 days before the match by e-mail to maniamicheonlus@maniamicheonlus.org or by fax to (+39) 011/5189197. Such tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. Responses will be sent by fax/e-mail (whichever you provided). If accepted, you’ll need to be at the stadiums at least 60 minutes before kickoff as the accreditation will expire 30 minutes before kickoff.

As for persons under 14, free Juventus tickets are available for them as long each is accompanied by a parent or relative (up the the fourth generation) for more than 50% of the matches. Two sections of the stadium have been customized for this aspect: the Family Stand on the West Side and The 1st Level of the East Stand on the East Side. Interested parties should contact the Call Center no later than 2 working days from the match in question. The tickets will be picked up on the day of the match from the stadiums’ cashpoints (using identity cards for both the child and the adult) depending on their location.

There’s not much official information online as to how to get AS Roma tickets. The only important piece of information coming from an official channel, namely the AS Roma official site, regarding AS Roma tickets is the fact that they can be bought quite easily offline. The Stadio Olimpico is a very large venue and other than for very important matches (AS Roma – Lazio, AS Roma – Juventus, AS Roma – Inter, AS Roma – AC Milan, etc.) it is rarely sold out.

There are ticket offices outside the Olimpico where they sell AS Roma tickets hours before the game. Prices are listed in Euros per each section so it should be fairly easy.

You can also buy AS Roma tickets from various venues spread across Rome. Tickets are officially sold through the Lottomatica chain of sports betting stores as well as through Ricevitorie, which are the lottery’s selling points. A full list of Ricevitorie’s that sell AS Roma tickets can be found here.

As with any other Italian team, you can also get AS Roma tickets by speaking to your hotel. They are usually able to get some for you at fair prices above nominal value. It is better to call your hotel before making the trip to see if they can really to that. This option should be used to get tickets for more important matches (derbies, European matches) rather than regular Serie A matches.

They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

SeatWave

SeatWave is a UK based company with an objective similar to those already mentioned here: buying and selling soccer tickets. Click here to check out their full stock of AS Roma tickets.

Viagogo

Viagogo is Europe’s largest ticket exchange and basically StubHub’s European equivalent. You can check their AS Roma stock here.

Lazio Tickets | Lazio Roma Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Serie A Tickets |

The process of getting Lazio tickets is very similar to the process of getting AS Roma tickets. Basically, most Lazio tickets (except for Lazio – Roma, Lazio – Inter, Lazio – Milan, Lazio – Juventus tickets, etc.) are available for sale at the Stadio Olimpico ticket boxes a few hours before kickoff time. Prices are shown in Euros per each seating section so it should be quite easy for you to decide which type of Lazio tickets you’d like to buy.

The official vendor of Lazio tickets online is LisTicket. You can check their stock of Lazio tickets here. LisTicket is also an official offline vendor of Lazio tickets through their sales points spread across Italy. You can see a map of LisTicket sales points here.

There’s also a special e-mail address for enquiries on Lazio ticket sales as well as a dedicated phone line named Pronto Lazio. The e-mail address is info.biglietteria@sslazio.it and the Pronto Lazio number is: (+39) 06 32 37 333.

Pronto Lazio Schedule
Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:00 CET and from 14:30 to 17:30 CET.

You can try e-mailing or calling and write/speak in English to see if someone can give you a hand with any enquiry. These details were found on Lazio’s official site which is only in Italian.

Another alternative in buying Lazio tickets would be to speak with your hotel. You can ask them whether they can get you some Lazio tickets at reasonable prices. You should to that before you book your hotel or before you embark on your Italian trip. This is a valid alternative for the more important matches (derbies or important European matches) because for regular Serie A and Coppa Italia matches ticket availability shouldn’t be a problem.

You can see a seating map of Stadio Olimpico here:

Stadio Olimpico Seating Map (click to enlarge)

Stadio Olimpico Seating Map (click to enlarge)

In case you own a Lazio ticket and would like to give it to someone else, you’ll need to transfer it. Transfering your Lazio ticket to another person can only be done online here. Unfortunately there’s only an Italian verion of the page – clicking the English version returns no results – but you can use one of the online translation services for help. When entering Stadio Olimpico the name on the Lazio ticket is compared to the name on your identity card or passport and they should match; for most matches this rule is lax and unenforced though.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

It is slightly more expensive to buy Lazio tickets online from ticket exchanges, but easier.

Real Madrid Tickets | Real Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Spanish La Liga Tickets |

Buying Real Madrid tickets is a tough affair. As is the case with most important clubs on this planet, seats for home games at the Santiago Bernabeu are first filled by season ticket holders, followed by club members and then followed by the holders of “Carnet Madridista”, a fanclub card you must pay for similar to AC Milan’s Cuore Rossonero card and lastly the remaining Real Madrid tickets go on general sale.

You can purchase the “Carnet Madridista” card through the club’s official website. It costs 30 EUR per year and you get a couple of other nice things coming with it such as signed photos and the chance to enter into several competitions with valuable prizes.

As you could figure out yourself based on the above ticket allocation criteria, the tickets that go on general sales are few and usually for the less important home matches. The general sale of Real Madrid tickets occurs at the stadium a couple of days before kickoff time.

There’s also a call center you can call to purchase tickets by phone using your credit/debit card. The call center’s number is (+34) 902 324 324. If you get lucky and buy some tickets, you’ll have to pick them up from Santiago Bernabeu’s Gate 14 on matchday.

Real Madrid tickets are also officially available online through the club’s website. All you have to do is follow this page. On the top right corner of the page there’s a box containing the upcoming fixture and a signed “! Tickets Now Available”. Click on that to order your Real Madrid tickets. You’ll be redirected to ServiCaixa’s site which is one of Real Madrid’s official ticket vendors. You can buy a maximum of 6 Real Madrid tickets this way.

You can also buy Real Madrid tickets straight from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium from the ticket office #44. Tickets are available the day before kickoff from 15:00 to 20:30 Spanish time.

Real Madrid tickets are also sold through the branches of Spain’s La Caixa bank.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

Buying Real Madrid tickets online through ticket exchanges is easier, but a bit more expensive.

There are several specialized websites that sell Real Madrid tickets online. These websites have basically replaced offline scalpers, offering both a much more varied ticketing offer and a marketplace where ticket supply and demand meet in order to better price the underlying product, namely soccer tickets. Barcelona Tickets | Barca Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Spanish La Liga Tickets |

According to the official site, the price of Barcelona tickets varies depending on the category of each match. Barcelona assigns each match with a category ranging from D to A+, depending on importance. The fixtures with their respective categories are listed each season on the official site. For example, FC Barcelona – Real Madrid tickets are A+ while FC Barcelona Numancia tickets are D.

As with most well-supported clubs, FC Barcelona members have priority over non-members when purchasing Barcelona tickets. Members can buy La Liga tickets from the start of the season with discounts of up to 25 EUR off the regular ticket price. The general public must settle for what is left over. Not only that, but Barcelona members get several distribution channels when purchasing European Barcelona tickets while non-member are reduced to only one distribution channel, the stadium’s ticket offices. You can find full information on how to become a member here.

Barcelona tickets for home league matches for non-members, if any of them have remained, are sold one month prior to kickoff time on the Internet and 15 days before through the other distribution channels. Each person can buy a maximum of 6 Barcelona tickets for La Liga games. Champions League and Cup matches ticket sales conditions vary depending on season and match and will be announced on the official site.

As for ticket availability, FC Barcelona has a special scheme dedicated to season ticket holders named Seient Lliure whereby season ticket holders can free up Barcelona tickets for matches that they cannot attend and make them available to the general public. Thus there can be several occurrences where Barcelona tickets are unavailable at times and available at other times prior to a certain match.

Barcelona tickets can be bought using the following distribution channels:

• through the Internet, using the official Barcelona website here
• by phone, calling 902 1899 00 (from Spain) or +34 93 496 36 00 (from outside Spain)
• through Servicaixa’s website and ATM’s (only from Spain)
• through FNAC and Carrefour Spanish stores

Barcelona tickets can also be bought using Barcelona’s official offline ticket offices:

FC Barcelona General Ticket Office (access 14)
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00 Spanish time
Friday from 09:00 to 14:30 Spanish time
Saturday from 09:00 to 13:30 during the weekends where matches are played on Camp Nou

FC Barcelona Boulevard Ticket Office (access 7/9):
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00 Spanish time
Sunday from 10:00 to 14:15 Spanish time

FC Barcelona Gol Nord and Gol Sud Ticket Offices:
Schedule:
Only on matchdays from 11:00 until kickoff

If you purchase Barcelona tickets online you have the option of printing them yourself so you won’t have to pick them up from some offline location or have them delivered to you by post and incur the related charges. If not, you can still collect them from the club’s ticket offices, Servicaixa ATMs and the ticket terminals located on Camp Nou boulevard.

Ajax Tickets | Ajax Amsterdam Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Dutch Eredivisie Tickets |

Ajax tickets can be bought officially through Ajax’s official website ONLY along with a travel & hospitality package that includes several other services besides Ajax tickets such as a visit to Ajax’s youth facilities De Toekomst, a launch at the club’s bar or a visit to the Ajax museum named World Of Ajax. These packages are sold by Ajax’s own event organization company named Ajax Travel & Events. Such packages are offered for Eredivisie games as well as for Dutch Cup or European games.

Ajax Travel & Events has two offices in the Netherlands, one inside Amsterdam Arena and the other in Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. Here’s their contact information:

Ajax Travel & Events

Arena Boulevard 29
1101 AX Amsterdam Zuidoost
The Netherlands

or

Beechavenue 101
1119 RB Schiphol-Rijk
The Netherlands

E-mail address: travel@ajax.nl
Internet: http://www.ajax.nl/travel

It is important to know that when entering the stadium to attend an Ajax match you must have an official identity card (passport for foreigners) for proper identification.

You can also buy Ajax tickets offline through the Dutch TicketBox network or at the Amsterdam Arena ticket offices.

Ajax card members have priority when buying tickets, which means that it’ll be a bit more difficult to get Ajax tickets the regular way for important matches such as Ajax – Feyenoord or Ajax – PSV or Champions League events as well as for high security matches (Ajax – ADO Den Haag or Ajax – Utrecht) but for the rest it shouldn’t be a problem as there’ll be plenty of tickets on general sale. However, it is not recommended to wait until the last moment to buy your Ajax tickets as it’d be a shame to make the trip there not find an Ajax ticket.

There’s also an Ajax Supporter Desk available at (+31) (020) 311-1444 that you can call to find out whether there are any Ajax tickets on general sale for a certain match and when will they be available. If they are available, you can get your ticket from any TicketBox selling point the day previous to matchday as well as from the stadiums’ box offices on matchday. If they are not, there’s still a chance to get an Ajax ticket by getting a temporary club card for 6 EUR plus the ticket from Amsterdam Arena’s ticket offices. Do enquire at the Ajax Supporter Desk first whether any temporary club cards are available.

Offline ticket scalping and touting is not allowed by Dutch law and people found by the police to do such exchanges receive large fines.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

It is much easier to buy Ajax tickets online through ticket exchanges, but they do come at a slightly more expensive price.

On the Internet, there are a couple of specialized ticket exchange websites that sell Ajax tickets. These sites are basically the modern form of scalpers and they do offer both a wider range of tickets and a meeting place for ticket supply and demand so that tickets are much better priced compared to the unofficial offline alternatives. They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

WorldTicketShop

Out of all online ticketing alternatives, we like
WorldTicketShop the most. They are a Dutch company that buys and sells tickets to many events, including Ajax tickets. Here’s a summary of the Ajax tickets they currently have for sale:

They ship internationally at reasonable rates. Refunds are offered if matches get cancelled for any particular reason. They also offer a 120% refund in case they fail to deliver your tickets on time and you miss the match.

SeatWave

SeatWave is a UK company with a purpose similar to those already mentioned here: buying and selling soccer tickets.
