Barcelona Tickets | Barca Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Spanish La Liga Tickets |

According to the official site, the price of Barcelona tickets varies depending on the category of each match. Barcelona assigns each match with a category ranging from D to A+, depending on importance. The fixtures with their respective categories are listed each season on the official site. For example, FC Barcelona – Real Madrid tickets are A+ while FC Barcelona Numancia tickets are D.

As with most well-supported clubs, FC Barcelona members have priority over non-members when purchasing Barcelona tickets. Members can buy La Liga tickets from the start of the season with discounts of up to 25 EUR off the regular ticket price. The general public must settle for what is left over. Not only that, but Barcelona members get several distribution channels when purchasing European Barcelona tickets while non-member are reduced to only one distribution channel, the stadium’s ticket offices. You can find full information on how to become a member here.

Barcelona tickets for home league matches for non-members, if any of them have remained, are sold one month prior to kickoff time on the Internet and 15 days before through the other distribution channels. Each person can buy a maximum of 6 Barcelona tickets for La Liga games. Champions League and Cup matches ticket sales conditions vary depending on season and match and will be announced on the official site.

As for ticket availability, FC Barcelona has a special scheme dedicated to season ticket holders named Seient Lliure whereby season ticket holders can free up Barcelona tickets for matches that they cannot attend and make them available to the general public. Thus there can be several occurrences where Barcelona tickets are unavailable at times and available at other times prior to a certain match.

Barcelona tickets can be bought using the following distribution channels:

• through the Internet, using the official Barcelona website here
• by phone, calling 902 1899 00 (from Spain) or +34 93 496 36 00 (from outside Spain)
• through Servicaixa’s website and ATM’s (only from Spain)
• through FNAC and Carrefour Spanish stores

Barcelona tickets can also be bought using Barcelona’s official offline ticket offices:

FC Barcelona General Ticket Office (access 14)
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00 Spanish time
Friday from 09:00 to 14:30 Spanish time
Saturday from 09:00 to 13:30 during the weekends where matches are played on Camp Nou

FC Barcelona Boulevard Ticket Office (access 7/9):
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00 Spanish time
Sunday from 10:00 to 14:15 Spanish time

FC Barcelona Gol Nord and Gol Sud Ticket Offices:
Schedule:
Only on matchdays from 11:00 until kickoff

If you purchase Barcelona tickets online you have the option of printing them yourself so you won’t have to pick them up from some offline location or have them delivered to you by post and incur the related charges. If not, you can still collect them from the club’s ticket offices, Servicaixa ATMs and the ticket terminals located on Camp Nou boulevard.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

Buying Barcelona tickets online through ticket exchanges is somewhat easier, but slightly more expensive.

There are several websites that focus on selling Barcelona tickets on the Internet. These websites have replaced offline scalpers, offering both a much more varied ticketing offer and a marketplace where ticket supply and demand meet in order to better price the underlying product, namely soccer tickets. They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

WorldTicketShop

WorldTicketShop is the site we like the most. They are a Dutch company that buys and sells tickets to various events, including Barcelona tickets. Here’s a summary of the Barcelona tickets they currently have for sale:

Match Price (GBP) Date
FC Barcelona – Athletic de Bilbao Tickets 366.27 GBP 25-05-2012, 21:30

They ship internationally at reasonable rates. Refunds are offered if matches get cancelled for any particular reason. They also offer a 120% refund in case they fail to deliver your tickets on time and you miss the match.

SeatWave

SeatWave is a UK company with a goal similar to those already mentioned here: buying and selling soccer tickets. Their most important quality though is the fact that while WorldTicketShop is running out of stock quite fast and provide tickets usually only for the more important matches, SeatWave has plenty of stock, even a couple of days before the match and they also cover more obscure soccer matches and teams. Click here to check out their full stock of Barcelona tickets.

StubHub

StubHub is an American ticket exchange operated by eBay where users can buy and sell tickets freely, by event, in their online marketplace. It is an excellent alternative for Barcelona matches played in the United States, especially the summer friendlies, and also for US based Barcelona fans. To check their Barcelona tickets, click here.

Viagogo

Viagogo is Europe’s largest ticket exchange and basically StubHub’s European equivalent. They are also Barcelona’s official online ticketing partner. You can check their Barcelona stock here.

Ajax Tickets | Ajax Amsterdam Tickets

Posted by admin | By League, Dutch Eredivisie Tickets |

Ajax tickets can be bought officially through Ajax’s official website ONLY along with a travel & hospitality package that includes several other services besides Ajax tickets such as a visit to Ajax’s youth facilities De Toekomst, a launch at the club’s bar or a visit to the Ajax museum named World Of Ajax. These packages are sold by Ajax’s own event organization company named Ajax Travel & Events. Such packages are offered for Eredivisie games as well as for Dutch Cup or European games.

Ajax Travel & Events has two offices in the Netherlands, one inside Amsterdam Arena and the other in Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. Here’s their contact information:

Ajax Travel & Events

Arena Boulevard 29
1101 AX Amsterdam Zuidoost
The Netherlands

or

Beechavenue 101
1119 RB Schiphol-Rijk
The Netherlands

E-mail address: travel@ajax.nl
Internet: http://www.ajax.nl/travel

It is important to know that when entering the stadium to attend an Ajax match you must have an official identity card (passport for foreigners) for proper identification.

You can also buy Ajax tickets offline through the Dutch TicketBox network or at the Amsterdam Arena ticket offices.

Ajax card members have priority when buying tickets, which means that it’ll be a bit more difficult to get Ajax tickets the regular way for important matches such as Ajax – Feyenoord or Ajax – PSV or Champions League events as well as for high security matches (Ajax – ADO Den Haag or Ajax – Utrecht) but for the rest it shouldn’t be a problem as there’ll be plenty of tickets on general sale. However, it is not recommended to wait until the last moment to buy your Ajax tickets as it’d be a shame to make the trip there not find an Ajax ticket.

There’s also an Ajax Supporter Desk available at (+31) (020) 311-1444 that you can call to find out whether there are any Ajax tickets on general sale for a certain match and when will they be available. If they are available, you can get your ticket from any TicketBox selling point the day previous to matchday as well as from the stadiums’ box offices on matchday. If they are not, there’s still a chance to get an Ajax ticket by getting a temporary club card for 6 EUR plus the ticket from Amsterdam Arena’s ticket offices. Do enquire at the Ajax Supporter Desk first whether any temporary club cards are available.

Offline ticket scalping and touting is not allowed by Dutch law and people found by the police to do such exchanges receive large fines.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

It is much easier to buy Ajax tickets online through ticket exchanges, but they do come at a slightly more expensive price.

On the Internet, there are a couple of specialized ticket exchange websites that sell Ajax tickets. These sites are basically the modern form of scalpers and they do offer both a wider range of tickets and a meeting place for ticket supply and demand so that tickets are much better priced compared to the unofficial offline alternatives. They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

Out of all online ticketing alternatives, we like

Manchester United Tickets | Man United Tickets | Man Utd Tickets

Getting Manchester United tickets for a game at Old Trafford is quite a hard feat to achieve. On the official site, the club states that the vast majority of the home games are sold to members only with just a few notable exceptions. Your best bet to grab a Manchester United home match ticket is for a Cup game. You can call the club’s official Ticket Information Line on 0161 868 8000 (add +44 before it if you’re calling from outside of the United Kingdom) to check on any available Manchester United tickets.

You can dramatically increase your chances of getting a Manchester United Premier League home match ticket by becoming a member of the official OneUnited club. You can do that by calling (+44) 0161 868 8000 or by visiting www.manutd.com/oneunited. There’s an anual membership fee you need to enquire about. You also need to know that the membership expires automatically in May. But as a member, you will receive a special pack with exclusive gifts. You will also get some nice benefits:

• you can apply for tickets to Premiership home games
• you’ll get a £5 discount on Manchester United tickets for home fixtures
• you’ll get free entrance to the home reserve games
• you’ll get the chance to join the Season Ticket Waiting List
• you’ll get several other discounts: 50% at the Museum & Tour Centre, 10% at the Megastore, 10% at the Red Café
• you’ll get two magazines per season
• and more

Even so, due to the extremely large demand for Manchester United home tickets the club runs a ballot for OneUnited members. When tickets are up for sale, members can enter the ballot by calling (+44) 0161 868 8000. The ballot works this way: they open it, accept all applications and work through them until they run out of tickets.

Unfortunately, there are a couple of other disadvantages, one of them being that you cannot apply for more than one ticket as a OneUnited member. This makes it quite unfortunate for you if you live abroad since both you and your friends must become OneUnited members and must all be lucky enough to get tickets to the same game in order to go together.

Liverpool Tickets

Sales for Liverpool tickets related to Premiership home games begin 18 days before a fixture (also known as date of sale) and are available through a credit card hotline, by postal application and through an online sale. The exact sale date is subject to chance; as for the buying methods, we’ll cover them in detail below.

For each game, Liverpool sets aside 500 tickets that are available through an online sale opened only for the members of Liverpool’s e-Season website. Other than this exclusive right, for a monthly/anual membership fee to the e-Season website you will also get access to:

• watching Liverpool’s tv channel online
• Liverpool’s goals and highlights on demand
• access to exclusive interviews and press conferences
• and more.

But let’s get back to Liverpool tickets. Those 500 tickets will be distributed to e-Season ticket holders through an online ballot. You can apply for two Liverpool tickets at most. That is the good news; the bad news is that for the home matches against Manchester United and Everton you must prove a previous attendance in order to participate in the ballot. Fans will be informed by the club by e-mail 24 hours after the ballot ends whether their application for Liverpool tickets was successful or not. You can also check the success of your application online.

Liverpool tickets are also available through an online general sale. Although they do state that the number of tickets they offer is extremely limited, you can check up on any available tickets on this page.

The credit card hotline is available from the first date of sale (18 days before a fixture) at 08:30 a.m. Through the credit card hotline you can get a maximum of 4 Liverpool tickets and they’ll also charge you an extra booking fee of 50p per ticket. They’ll ship the tickets that are booked more than 3 days in advance and you will have to pick up the tickets that are booked less than 3 days in advance from the main ticket office by showing the credit card you’ve applied with; in case you buy from abroad, do book several extra days in advance in case you’d like to get your tickets by post as you can’t always rely on your local post office. If a game is sold out, ticket returns will be sold 3 days before kickoff time on the hotline. The credit card hotline numbers are: 0844 844 0844 (UK) & 00 44 (0) 870 220 2151 (Non UK only).

For postal applications to Liverpool tickets, you must use their ticket application form available here. You must also include a stamped address envelope or an International Return Envelope. You can apply by post only 18 days before the kickoff time of the match you’re interested in.

You’ll also need to send a check payable to Liverpool Football Club to:

Liverpool Football Club Ticket Office
PO Box 204
Liverpool
L69 4PQ

, with the amount of the check blank. You can also include your debit/credit card details as an alternative: number, expiry, issue number and address. Do state the game for which you’re applying and where you’d like to stand. The club doesn’t guarantee availability and in case the demand exceeds the supply of tickets through this method they’ll use a ballot system.

Another method to apply for tickets is through a personal application at the stadium’s ticket office. These applications can be made 11 days before a fixture at the earliest. You’d be better off calling the club’s 24 hour information line at 0844 844 0844 (UK) & 00 44 (0) 870 220 2151 (Non UK only) before giving this a try as many matches might be sold off by then.

As for other types of tickets:

Liverpool away tickets for Premier League matches – Season Ticket holders have priority for these tickets based on previous attendance and only if they don’t sell out the tickets to this group there’ll be a general sale (this is an extremely rare occurrence though).

Liverpool tickets for European fixtures – the club is selling the home tickets for these matches based on attendance of previous rounds. As for away tickets, you must be a Liverpool Member in order to get them (membership information here. You can apply for away tickets by filling in this form and sending it by post.

Liverpool FA Cup tickets / Liverpool League Cup tickets – these tickets are also sold to Members (membership information here) based on attendance in previous rounds

Ticket Office Schedule

Here’s the schedule of Liverpool’s Ticket Office:

Monday – Friday 08:15 AM – 05:30 PM
Saturday 09:15 AM – 01:00 PM
Sunday Closed

Phone lines open at 08:30 AM from Monday to Friday and at 09:15 AM during weekends.

Chelsea Tickets | Chelsea London Tickets

Chelsea tickets for home matches (both Chelsea Champions League tickets and Chelsea Premier League tickets) go on general sale about 4 weeks before kickoff time. The sales process goes like this:

1. First week – the tickets are offered to members only.
2. Second week – members and season ticket holders can buy two extra Chelsea tickets
3. Third & fourth week – if there are any tickets left, then they will go on general sale for non-members.

Most Chelsea tickets are sold out in the first two weeks to members and season ticket holders and never go on general sale, according to the club’s official site. And if they do, they are £5 more expensive for non-members than for members for adults and £2.50 more expensive to non-members than for members for children and senior citizens. To become a Chelsea member, check their official site for full details.

Chelsea tickets are sold through the official website (95% of them) or at the box office to callers and via a call center on (+44) 0871 984 1905 (the rest) for members and season ticket holders. For non-members, in case of a general sale, tickets can only be bought through the official site or the box office.

The box office schedule is the following (GMT times):

Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Saturday (non-matchday): 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Sunday (non-matchday): closed
Matchdays: 09:00 AM – half-time

And the call center schedule (GMT times):
Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Matchday Evening: 09:00 AM – kickoff
1st day of sale: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Matchday Saturday: 09:00 AM – kickoff
Sunday: closed
Matchday Sunday: 10:00 AM – kickoff

You can pay by debit/credit card or by check at the box office. Cash payments aren’t accepted for general ticket sales.

Chelsea tickets go on sale at 07:00 AM on the Internet and at 09:00 AM at the box office.

Another way to get yourself some Chelsea tickets is to buy a Chelsea Match Break package from Thomas Cook Sport, which includes match tickets, stadium tours, a match day programme and at least one night of accommodation. It’s a valid option for foreign fans.

As for away Premier League Chelsea tickets, season ticket holders and Chelsea members get first dibs on them (as they do most tickets, the procedure is similar to the one for home Chelsea tickets; same goes for Champions League Chelsea tickets, FA Cup Chelsea tickets and League Cup Chelsea tickets), except for away tickets to a few smaller Premiership teams that go straight to general sale! Not too shabby I’d say.

Be wary when buying Chelsea tickets of seats with restricted views that are placed in the following areas:
• Matthew Harding Lower Tier
• East Stand Upper Tier
• Shed Upper Tier

The club is offering various discounts for such tickets through the official site. Also keep these stadium areas in mind when trying to purchase a Chelsea ticket through online ticket exchanges.

In case you get extremely lucky and purchase tickets on general sale (you can do so on their site, www.arsenal.com, if any become available), and your ticket hasn’t arrived, you need to know that they dispatch them 4-5 days before a game and if you didn’t receive your Arsenal tickets after that deadline, you should contact them through the Arsenal Box Office at (+44) 0207 619 5000 (Monday to Friday 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM GMT) for a reprint. You will then collect the tickets on the evening of the game. For international fans, you should check the Arsenal Ticket Information page from their official site to check whether the tickets have been sent to you by post or to the Emirates stadium where you can pick them up on the evening of the game.

Arsenal also has a special service for disabled supporters. You can contact the Disability Liaison Team at (+44) 020 7619 5050 (Monday to Friday 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM GMT) ((+44) 020 7619 5000 during match days), fax (+44) 020 7704 4161/4041, e-mail disability@arsenal.co.uk.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

It is slightly more expensive to buy Arsenal tickets online from ticket exchanges, but easier.

There are plenty of specialized websites that sell Arsenal tickets online. These sites have basically replaced offline scalpers, offering both a more varied ticketing offer and a marketplace where the supply and demand of tickets meet. They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

WorldTicketShop

WorldTicketShop is our favorite. They are a company that buys and sells tickets to many events, including Arsenal tickets. Here’s a summary of the Arsenal tickets they currently have for sale:

Match Price (GBP) Date

They ship internationally at reasonable rates. Refunds are offered if matches get cancelled for any particular reason. They also offer a 120% refund in case they fail to deliver your tickets on time and you miss the match.

SeatWave

SeatWave is a UK based company with a purpose similar to those already mentioned here: buying and selling soccer tickets. Their most important quality is the fact that while WorldTicketShop is running out of stock quite fast and provide tickets mostly only for more important matches, SeatWave has plenty of stock, even a couple of days before the match and they also cover more obscure soccer matches and teams. Click here to check out their full stock of Arsenal tickets.

StubHub

StubHub is an American ticket exchange where users can buy and sell tickets freely, by event, in their online marketplace. It is a quality alternative for tickets to Arsenal matches played in the United States, especially the summer friendlies, and also for US based Arsenal fans. To check their Arsenal tickets, click here.

Everton Tickets

Everton tickets for home Premiership games and other home matches can be purchased officially online through Everton’s official eTicketing section located here. That’s also where you can purchase membership to Everton’s official fan club Evertonia, which’ll give you priority in buying Everton tickets for home games, right after the season ticket holders. As a member of Evertonia, you usually have 3 working days available in which you can get your Everton tickets ahead of everyone else except for season ticket holders which have their own purchasing window ahead Evertonia members. The official sales dates for Everton tickets can be found here. It’s worth becoming a member if you reside near Liverpool and would rather have first dibs on tickets for important matches where Everton ticket demand greatly exceeds ticket supply. You can also buy a season ticket if you so wish. Everton season tickets are sold online here.

You can also enquire about Everton tickets by e-mail at boxoffice@evertonfc.com or by phone calling (+44) 0871 663 1878.

Other ways of buying Everton tickets would be offline from the Goodison Park Box Office and through a phone text message, which is quite a novel way given the clubs we’ve analysed so far. The service is called Txt2Ticket and allows you to book Everton tickets for home games 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No booking fee is charged and you also get a free Everton wallpaper for your mobile phone. The service is available only if you register for the eTicketing service and use the provided customer number along with your mobile phone and your debit/credit card. You need to register for the Txt2Ticket service as well here.

One Hotspur members can buy tickets through the Internet using the official site, by telephone (subject only to a £1.50 per ticket service charge) and in person just like non-members, except for the fact that they have priority and they are subject to lower charges. There’s also an option to resale the season ticket to other One Hotspur members in case you can’t make it to a match and a right to purchase an extra guest ticket before they become available for general sale, in case you need to bring a friend or family member (call the Tottenham Ticket Office immediately to arrange this).

Manchester City Tickets | Man City Tickets

Manchester City tickets are available online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on the club’s official website.

Another way to buy Manchester City tickets through an official channel is by phone. You’ll need to call (+44) 0870 062 1894 and check option 1. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM GMT, Saturday from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM GMT and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM GMT.

You can also purchase Manchester City tickets in person at the club’s stadium box office. The box office schedule is the following:

Monday from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM GMT
Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM GMT
Wednesday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM GMT
Sunday from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM GMT

Season ticket holders and members get priority to Manchester City tickets so you’ll need to give them a call and check whether the tickets you’d like to buy go on general sale and when. There are usually no tickets on general sales for important matches, such as Manchester City – Manchester United tickets.

Persons under 16 years of age can attend Manchester City’s matches for only a £5 fee. There’s also a free membership scheme available for this age group. You can find more about it on this site. Children under 14 must be joined by an adult over 18 in order to attend a match.

As for Manchester City tickets for away games, these go on sale to Seasoncard holders first and then to Citycard holders. The remaining tickets then go on general sale. Given the reduced number of away tickets allocated by the host club, it is generally very hard to get such tickets on general sale.

There’s also an official e-mail address available in case you’d like to enquire about Manchester City tickets. The address is tickets@mcfc.co.uk.

Manchester City tickets can also be bought along with a City Match Breaks package from Thomas Cook Sport that includes a match ticket, accommodation of your choice in Manchester, match day programme, a stadium tour and a tour of Manchester City’s museum.

For disabled persons, Manchester City tickets can be provided at reduced prices. Enquiries for such tickets can be sent by e-mail to disabledtickets@mcfc.co.uk or by phone at (+44) 0870 062 1894 (2nd option).

There’s also an official ticket exchange set up by the club in cooperation with SeatExchange that you can check out here.

Do keep in mind that for every Manchester City ticket bought through an official channel the following fees and terms apply:

• £1.50 booking fee per ticket on Internet orders
• £1.75 booking fee per ticket on telephone orders
• you can’t return your Manchester City ticket at the stadiums’ box office on matchday
