Arsenal Tickets | Arsenal London Tickets

In order to buy Arsenal tickets for a home match, you need to be an Arsenal member. General sales of Arsenal tickets are extremely rare and they usually occur only for unimportant Cup games. No Premier League match at the Emirates stadium has ever been on general sale. Membership comes in different types and colors (Red, Silver, Gold, Platinum), with the Red Membership being the cheapest. Being a Red Member means that you have the ability to buy Arsenal tickets on a match by match basis one month before the date of the game. Tickets will be available to you online, by phone, by post or in person. As an Arsenal member, you get access to the following treats:

• regular access to Arsenal tickets for home matches; the club allocates an average of 1500 tickets to Red level members for each Premier League home match
• regular access to Champions League Arsenal tickets
• possibility to book Arsenal away match tickets
• access to tickets will be available online instantly, just as soon as you join
• entrance to an exclusive and official ticket exchange system
• access to multiple tickets for certain matches so you could bring friends and family
• and more

You can register as an Arsenal member in exchange for a membership fee here.

As a member, you can get your Arsenal tickets online at www.arsenal.com, by phone at + 44 (0) 844 2773625 (for adult tickets) & +44 (0) 207 619 5000 (for children and family tickets), by post, or in person (only for Silver members). Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 09:30 AM – 05:00 PM GMT. To access the stadium, you need to bring your membership card and a copy of the e-mail confirmation which will confirm your seat details. You will receive your e-mail confirmation 5 working days before the date of the match.

In case you’d like to purchase an Arsenal Season Ticket, you’ll need to join the Arsenal Season Ticket waiting list for a flat fee of £15 which you can later deduct from your Gold membership purchase.

Premier League away Arsenal tickets and European Arsenal tickets are also available only to Arsenal members (with priority for Away Scheme / Platinum / Gold & Travel Club members; any leftovers will be available to Red and Silver members). You can apply by post, sending the following items:

• cover letter stating your seven digit membership number
• e-mail address
• debit/credit card number, start date/expiry date and issue number (if so)
• blank check payable to Arsenal Football Club PLC
• an application form for either away Arsenal tickets (download here) or European Arsenal tickets (download here)

Successful applicants will receive their seat details by e-mail or by post (in rare circumstances). Booking fees will be charged for this service.

And here’s the address you need to send the form to:

Highbury House
75 Drayton Park
London, N5 1BU

In case you get extremely lucky and purchase tickets on general sale (you can do so on their site, www.arsenal.com, if any become available), and your ticket hasn’t arrived, you need to know that they dispatch them 4-5 days before a game and if you didn’t receive your Arsenal tickets after that deadline, you should contact them through the Arsenal Box Office at (+44) 0207 619 5000 (Monday to Friday 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM GMT) for a reprint. You will then collect the tickets on the evening of the game. For international fans, you should check the Arsenal Ticket Information page from their official site to check whether the tickets have been sent to you by post or to the Emirates stadium where you can pick them up on the evening of the game.

Arsenal also has a special service for disabled supporters. You can contact the Disability Liaison Team at (+44) 020 7619 5050 (Monday to Friday 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM GMT) ((+44) 020 7619 5000 during match days), fax (+44) 020 7704 4161/4041, e-mail disability@arsenal.co.uk.

Online – Ticket Exchanges

It is slightly more expensive to buy Arsenal tickets online from ticket exchanges, but easier.

There are plenty of specialized websites that sell Arsenal tickets online. These sites have basically replaced offline scalpers, offering both a more varied ticketing offer and a marketplace where the supply and demand of tickets meet. They are also legitimate businesses with safe methods in place for online ordering.

WorldTicketShop

WorldTicketShop is our favorite. They are a company that buys and sells tickets to many events, including Arsenal tickets. Here’s a summary of the Arsenal tickets they currently have for sale:

Match Price (GBP) Date

They ship internationally at reasonable rates. Refunds are offered if matches get cancelled for any particular reason. They also offer a 120% refund in case they fail to deliver your tickets on time and you miss the match.

SeatWave

SeatWave is a UK based company with a purpose similar to those already mentioned here: buying and selling soccer tickets. Their most important quality is the fact that while WorldTicketShop is running out of stock quite fast and provide tickets mostly only for more important matches, SeatWave has plenty of stock, even a couple of days before the match and they also cover more obscure soccer matches and teams. Click here to check out their full stock of Arsenal tickets.

StubHub

StubHub is an American ticket exchange where users can buy and sell tickets freely, by event, in their online marketplace. It is a quality alternative for tickets to Arsenal matches played in the United States, especially the summer friendlies, and also for US based Arsenal fans. Hi, thank you for this great article.
Just a question, are you sure that all the website you mentioned are genuine? I mean if i buy from them I will get my tickets for sure? thanks

    Hi,

Thanks. Yes, you’ll get your tickets. Specific terms & conditions apply to all, of course, so do read the fine print before buying. They are all reputable sources though. Worldticketshop’s got a 120% money back guarantee – you can read more on their site – for example. Viagogo is the biggest secondary ticket marketplace in Europe and Seatwave’s up there as well. These sites are real businesses with big turnover, not some scalpers wheeling and dealing from their mother’s basement. Hope that helped.

There’s a plan to open up a review section for soccer ticket brokers on this site in the near future. Hopefully that’ll prove popular and shed more light on the advantages and disadvantages of each company.

If you buy your tickets from one of these web-sites, how do you gain access to Emirates stadium? Can one access only with tickets (as bought online through these exchange web sites) without a membership card(red, silver or gold)?

    Hi,

To be truthful I never asked myself this question. They’ll make sure you get tickets you can use because if you don’t you can ask for your money back. At least that’s the case with WorldTicketShop (120% back) and Seatwave (100% back).

    Hope this helped!

Getting back to Jack’s previous question, I asked WorldTicketShop and said that in their case the seller will send all that’s needed for the buyer of the tickets to get inside. This could either be paper tickets, season tickets or membership cards. In case of the latter two options the seller will also provide a return envelope.
